The Festival Dancers have been performing Israeli, Eastern European, and other dances throughout the metro Detroit community for over 40 years! Created by Detroit native and noted dance historian Harriet Berg, this exciting group brings the joy of Jewish culture and heritage alive for local audiences through the art of dance. Mambo Marci (aka Marci Iwrey) has been a member for several years, and for the last few years has been the Assistant Director to Harriet Berg. Rochelle Morais is now Co-Director with Marci and they are very excited for the new 2009-2010 season.
